Chapter I General rules

Second chapter business scope
The seventh business scope of the conference:

Third chapter members
The eighth members of this meeting are divided into unit members and individual members.
The ninth members of this association are members of the unit and individual members.
The tenth article, which supports the articles of association of the association and meets the following conditions, may voluntarily apply to the association:

The eleventh members' admission procedures are:
